Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Shipping times vary by carrier and destination and are provided as estimates only. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Koda’s Trading is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents so we can assist.
